Page 3 post the same thing with watermark.
Page 4 posts the same thing with a different picture.
Page 5 changes 1–2 words and posts it again.
Page 6 posts the same joke after 1 year.

Person B answers something else.
Person C adds a totally different perspective to it.
Person D proves everyone wrong by adding a useful insight
Person E adds more knowledge and a alternative conclusion.

Difference : Facebook’s content repeats itself forever for the sake of likes. 
Quora's content is diverse and full of perspectives.

Difference : Facebook's content quality is negligible. 
Pages beg for likes in the name of religion , celebrities or soldiers. 
As it helps with the revenue. 
On Quora the only currency is knowledge which results in quality content.

Difference : Facebook is catalogue of bullshit things , Quora is a rollercoaster of experiences

People on facebook are trying to be cool, there are very few genuine emotions there. 
It's a messy pool of human civilization seeking attention in every possible form. You might argue Facebook is for fun purposes whereas Quora is for serious stuff, well that's a total myth. 
Quora has everything from genius ideas, funniest jokes, movie reviews , history insights, personal experiences and what not?
Rest depends on your understanding.
